Pay and Vote, not get paid for Vote[Posted on : 2018-04-06 by Aneeta Anjum] It is a common topic of todays political debates that our members of National and Provincial assemblies looted public money and did not work for the uplift of poor. How it is possible that a person who invests a very huge amount in election to get a MNA or MPA seat and serve for others. He definitely try to recover his investment with a high rate of interest. Therefore, if we like that our MNAs and MPAs to server the common man needs and the nation then we should not expect ROTTI SHOTTI and CHAI PANI from them. We should pay a small amount just like Rs. 100 to 500 to party funds or our own candidate for the election expenses and that we my expect that our MNAs and MPAs will server the cause of Nation and the poor masses. |

Clear vision[Posted on : 2018-03-26 by ejaz malik] In developed countries voters vote for leaders vision and leaders are also clear about their vision. As Obama won election just because of his vision and people voted for his vision.Being a student of political science as for as my observation about our Pakistani leaders is concerned none of them have ever given a clear vision. None of them gave any long term policy they just think that how can they win next election. We are watching last 25 years governments, Had any of them think about problems we are facing these days. Leaders should think for future of country not only for his victory. Our power crises, inflation, poverty, unemployment and many of other problems were not properly addressed by them and now they are again claiming that they will overcome these problems if they win upcoming election. But none of them can tell how they will?
Every new politician exploit these issues and ask the public to vote him he will overcome all problems within no time but all of them also don know how they will? Our public is very innocent, every new politician comes with new vision and they believe him. For example newly upcoming politician Imran Khan gave a vision of new Pakistan but to achieve this goal he has been trusting very old politician. In initial days he was claiming that he will bring change with youth, Youth didn response him as he was expecting but his consistency convinced the youth and they said labaik to him in 30th oct 2011 at Minar i Pakistan but then Khan sahib was surrounded by cunning politician and Khan justify it by saying that from where he can bring Angels to contest elections and he went every corner of the country to collect these electable.Youth was very much disappointed but khan was in airs at that time and he didn listen to them. Then a time came when theses electable saw that there is a chance of Muslim League (N) of winning they left khan party and now Khan sahib is saying that it is blessing for us we don need these types of politicians.
The manifesto of PTI is much better than any other party but how can we believe because his team is not looking competent to fulfill it. The people who have been investing billions on his campaign will recover it with profit. Jahangir Tareen can never make policies against his community. Khursheed qasoori will never support his education policy because he have to sacrifice his chain of schools. So in short none of the leaders of PTI is clear about their leaders vision.
